The Last Stand
Nancy Merrill, Mimi Littman, event host Kathy Cox and Gisela Garrison attend a recent “friendraiser” in August at Kathy, Claire and Bill Cox’s Creek Ranch home. The event raised more than $6,000 for the Steamboat Springs Orchestra, the only resident symphony in any ski resort in the U.S. The 2008-09 orchestra performance season is set to kick off at 8 p.m. Oct. 4, with the first concert at the new Strings Music Pavilion.
