The owner of this 2005 Subaru Outback said she engaged the emergency brake after parking outside Pizza Hut late Monday afternoon. She went inside a nearby store to shop for eyeglass frames and when she returned, the car she purchased two months ago had its nose in Fish Creek. A tow truck driver attached a cable to secure the car before pulling it from the creek. The owner of the vehicle (standing on sidewalk, wearing a skirt) declined to give her name.
