Matt, the ambulance was never called and in one of the articles it said that” Officer Foster hurt his back as a result of the incident and later was treated at Yampa Valley Medical Center, where he was released and told to rest for a day, Caterinicchio said.”
You are right It does not say she did not get an evaluation, but it does say he did get one. If he got one and it was reported on, why if she also got one why has it not been mentioned! You would think that if Officer Foster requested one, in this article where it says that one is required, that would have been mentioned. In three articles, two mention that he had medical attention, neither mentioned she did! If she did, did he request it or did she?

If Officer Foster is “certified as an instructor on the device by Taser International.” shouldn't he be the first to know that
“subjects who have been tased are required to undergo a medical evaluation”?

1:48 a.m. A report of an officer down was made in the 100 block of South Grant Avenue in Oak Creek.

ColoNative………the call was that he was being attacked by 5 men….not one has ever been mentioned other that Officer Eric. The very fact that he called for back up because he was being attacked and not because of a drunk driver, shouldn't that raise some questions? Or is there another possible explanation to the mistake between him being attack by 5 men or him arresting 3 women?

stunned it seems to me the little boy that cried wolf was Officer Eric! 6 to 7 officers show up, because he was being attacked by 5 men and not his commander and chief in the lot. Does that mean the next time no one will come to his aid? You were wrong on another thing, 911 was called first, and the incident should be on tape!
It always amazes me how quick some are to accuse the SBP&T of not getting their facts straight and those same people are so quick to take it as gospel. It also amazes me how the Chief's facts can be quoted when he is never there!

424 Thanks for the U-tube links….It took me back to a time when the easiest relationship was being a Pepper! I looked at the one for the 60's and kind of remember that one and when you Dr. Pepper made you proud…so I thought it was funny that one of the Be a Pepper ads had “makes me proud” in it. Again thanks!

I think you can go online and order them if from the Dublin plant when your son goes back to school………I don't hardly drink them here they are so different from the orginial but I will probably die a Pepper, but when I go back to Texas…….it's like when I was a kid again!

There was a TC game going on and they were in the one of the TC team uniforms, it appeared to be TC players since OC games were over the end of June. I guess the really sad thing about this was the boys were standing outside of the bathroom doors, which were unlocked for the TC use.
Seems the days are over when good sportsmanship was the point of the game. Two TC coaches were taking swings at each other the week before at the same fields. I guess that night they had to wait for RCSO also because no one was on duty in Oak Creek.
